You have the right to revoke your membership without providing a reason within 15 working/business days.

The period of time you have to terminate your membership after the date/day you signed up is 15 working/business days.

You must use a clear statement to inform us of your decision in order to exercise your right to cancel.

Within 30 days after the day we receive your cancellation request, we will compensate you. You won’t pay any fees for this reimbursement because we’ll utilise the same payment method you used to join our membership programme.

Rules, Regulations, and Policies

1. Please be aware that if you purchased a membership during a promotional period, you will only receive a refund for the promotional amount and not the standard membership charge.
2. Gift cards used to purchase a membership will be reimbursed in place of the actual cost.
